RETURNS + REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item, you can request a return in accordance with your consumer rights.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

For most purchases made online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. The item should be returned in its original condition and packaged securely. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

COLLECTABLE + VINTAGE ITEMS

Many items sold by THE BORO ARCHIVE are vintage, previously owned or decades old. Natural signs of age and use are therefore to be expected. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph the condition of each individual item. Please review the photographs and condition description carefully before purchasing.
