SHIPPING + DELIVERY POLICY

We take care to package every order securely so your Boro Archive pieces arrive safely and in the condition described.

PACKAGING

Items are carefully packaged according to their size and type. Programmes, cards and other paper goods are protected against bending and damage, while clothing and larger items are securely packaged for transit.

UK DELIVERY

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days and sent using a tracked delivery service. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship internationally where available. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and service selected at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply to their order.

IMPORTANT

All items are individually photographed and described, and we take care when preparing every order for dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and item so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
